If you want to try delicious sake, you should go to Fushimi.
Fushimi in Kyoto is famous in Japan as a brewery.
There are many breweries in Fushimi.
Among them, the brewery that I recommend is “yamamoto – honke”
The sake of “yamamoto-honke” is named “shinsei”.
You can taste the delicious sake of “shin – sei” at the chicken restaurant “tori – sei“.
There is sake that can be drunk only in winter. The sake “tare-kuchi”
“Tare-kuchi” is the freshly-squeezed sake.
Alcohol power is a little high, 19%.
Tare-kuchi 180ml is 510(JPY).
Yakitori lunch is 750(JPY).
gen-shu 180ml(1-gou) is 430 JPY.
